I know summer is over… we can certainly feel that winter is coming… I thought I’d share some photos from our summer adventure of visiting the International Peace Garden.
The International Peace Garden is at the heart and Centre of the Great Plains. The park is in North Dakota, USA and Manitoba, Canada. It was established on July 14, 1932, as a symbol of the peaceful relationship between the two nations.

The pictures in this post are of The Sunken Garden, located in the Formal Garden, displays a focal octagonal pond with two adjoining reflecting pool. This is on the borderline of the US and Canada border. The Sunken Garden has huge beds of flowering plants circling the pond.

There were so many beautiful color combinations of flowers and plants. I’m dividing the pictures up in several posts so hang on for flower overload. 😉
Have a great week and get nutty and creative.

Lorin I’m all about flower overload so bring them on! There is nothing so effortlessly beautiful as flowers!!
